My Journey Led Me Here.
Molly Brown changed my life long before I understood where our journey together would eventually lead. As Molly grew older and began losing her hearing, I watched her world slowly become smaller. She became less connected to the sounds, people, and animals around her. I searched for a practical way to help her hear again, but the options available were expensive, difficult to access, and simply weren't realistic for us. I knew what she needed. I just couldn't find a way to give it to her.
On the day I had to say goodbye to Molly, I made her a promise. I don't know what compelled me to make it in that moment, but I promised her I would find a way to help other dogs so they wouldn't have to experience what she did.
That promise became the gift Molly left me.
Over time, I began to see that the problem was much larger than hearing loss. Dog lovers everywhere face common medical conditions for which practical solutions may be too expensive, difficult to access, or simply unavailable.
One person cannot change that system.
But millions of dog lovers can.
That realization became Dyranomics, a way to honor what our dogs give us by bringing dog lovers together to help create meaningful canine medical solutions that are affordable and accessible to the families who need them.
Molly never got the hearing solution I wanted so badly for her.
But her story didn't end there.
Her story became my promise.
Her promise gave me purpose.
And that purpose became Dyranomics.
Molly taught me something I didn't understand when our journey began: the gifts our dogs leave us have power when we choose to use them.
Every dog changes us in a different way. What they leave behind may inspire an act of kindness, a new purpose, a solution to a problem, or something we haven't imagined yet.
And that is how I learned that one dog's gift can indeed change the world for other dogs.
